Stinky tofu is aptly named. It's fermented. Peter says it tastes like how the Big Pig booth at the Indiana State Fair smells. I say garlic-infused, which is much better and actually makes it quite tasty. This is the fried kind. Apparently the steamed kind really does taste like dog shit.
